"A great value stay. Friendly staff. A nice traditional feel and an impressive hotel building. Nice pool, steam room and sauna. Clean room, furniture a little dated, but I liked that, gave it a vintage feel."

"The property was warm and welcoming with a great view of the Tamar river and bridges. It is an ideal location for exploring Devon and Cornwall. We had a great time staying there. The electric car charger was very handy. Elaine the host was very helpful and her communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family."

"Lovely surroundings, gorgeous property . Plenty of amenities to keep children occupied. We had lovely family of peacocks visiting us every morning waiting for us to come and greet them. Our downfall was that we weren’t at the property for long enough to use them we would have loved a day in to explore but our stay was too short and we had lots planned in cornwall.
