"Had stayed in a hotel 4 times more expensive the night before and this hotel was by far an awful lot better.
Very friendly staff, extremely clean, well maintained, spacious rooms.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very welcoming.
Will definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Our group of four hikers really liked this place. The location is great, the rooms spacious and functional, and the staff brilliant. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. So, top marks. The only quibble was that the wine choice was extremely limited. "

"Rooms very comfortable and clean. Location is great, only a short walk to Plymouth Hoe. Off street parking close by was reasonably priced at 4 pound overnight. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was in Plymouth again."

"Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."

"A great value stay. Friendly staff. A nice traditional feel and an impressive hotel building. Nice pool, steam room and sauna. Clean room, furniture a little dated, but I liked that, gave it a vintage feel."
View of River, spacious balcony, WIFI, Private Parking, Dog friendly, EV point.

"The property was warm and welcoming with a great view of the Tamar river and bridges. It is an ideal location for exploring Devon and Cornwall. We had a great time staying there. The electric car charger was very handy. Elaine the host was very helpful and her communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family."
Award winning cosy cottage with private hot tub & log burner

"Lovely surroundings, gorgeous property . Plenty of amenities to keep children occupied. We had lovely family of peacocks visiting us every morning waiting for us to come and greet them. Our downfall was that we weren’t at the property for long enough to use them we would have loved a day in to explore but our stay was too short and we had lots planned in cornwall. Would definitely return. Thank you Olivia "
