"Walk to all variety of mini golf and arcades. Great historical sight literally a stones throw. Easy access to most sites you’d want to visit. Take the bus to 1st street is about 30 minutes from the depot. 4/pp all day exact fare only so bring cash. Other than that you get the best of both worlds Delaware and Maryland without the constant chaos. Plenty of parking at the beach in the off season otherwise you have to cross the highway for beach access. Bedrooms are spacious enough with a master bath and master bedroom connected to the porch. Two swimming pools with outdoor shower. Great communication with owner. Nice large dining room with kitchen connected to living room. Best suited for a family of 4. Or couples. Big tv. WiFi access. Easy checkout linens included. No handicap access to the third floor but that’s an issue for the building owners."

"We liked this room. It could use some updates but it worked well for us. We were excited that the pool was salt water. The beach access is very convenient. The window in the bedroom could use a blackout curtain, since the outside lights are on constantly, making the room bright at night."
