"Property was very clean and in a convienent location. Quick trip with extended family and it worked out very well. You can walk to Harpoon Hannahs for lunch / dinner. The beach ia a short drive away and Fenwick has a state park nearby. You need to get to the park before 10 if you want to get a spot. The park fills up and then you have to wait for people to leave to gain entrance. Beach at the park is not crowded and they have restrooms and some snacks on site. Kids rode scooters in the neighborhood and you can see the fireworks from Northside park (sundays in the park) if you walk down the street. "
