"We had a pretty good stay. We weren’t pleased that the water slides weren’t open. So my 8 year old was bummed about that. It was very crowded too, they let a lot of day passes in so be prepared for that. Otherwise it was okay, the food and drinks were good and it was very clean. "

No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? Cancelled our reservation. Was charged $700 - I won’t have a refund for 7-10 business days Just was a overall terrible experience, being our first time and no help or care from the staff - definitely wouldn’t recommend, this Under Staffed for the “off season” couldn’t imagine being peak season"
