"Overall our stay at Rotana was excellent. Good sized spacious clean room and bathroom for a family of 4. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and approachable. My only negative was that it is a bit of distance for ladies area in the haram. As ladies sections are top right and top left when facing the haram. There is no live egg station, but a variety of eggs are available on the breakfast buffet. And there is a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay on this side of the Haram."

"The location of the hotel is excellent for our prophet mosque. Staff are friendly and cooperative. The room is comfortable, but had smoking smell which was annoying. Cleaning of the rooms after guests leave should be supervised."

"13 minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. Lots of supermarkets and south Asian restaurants around. Staff were very helpful let me check in early on jummah after 11.30am as I arrived from Makkah. Replied from Expedia app messages which was very useful. Good competitive hotel price and nice rooms. جزاك الله خيرا "
