"Staff was very helpful and polite. Needs to be updated. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Sorrento was my favorite town so far. It it a little out of the way but a bus stop is directly in front of the hotel!"

"This was a lovely stay right in the beach. The bed was firm. There are beach loungers and umbrellas available for rent from 0800-1900h. We enjoyed the beach well into the evening. There are plenty of restaurants for a delicious Italian meal with beautiful views. The hotel not readily accessible by car, but for €5 there is a golf cart that will drive you from the parking lot to the hotel. We were met by staff in the evening to take us to our room. There is a bus that goes to the main highway near the hotel for €2 that will take you to Sorrento. The cab is about €50-60 depending on the company. Wi-Fi worked well as did the air conditioner. Would stay here again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We decided to have dinner there one evening and the food was delicious. Breakfast was great! There is intermittent cellular service and the wifi was a bit spotty, so make whatever plans or bookings you need ahead of time."

"Everyone was very friendly! Rooms were clean! They do need to have irons there so guest can iron their clothes . Breakfast buffet was delicious. Grounds are beautiful. Resonable pricing and we love the public transportation option for the guests. We would recommend to anyone staying in Sorrento . Grazie"

"We came to Villa Fiorella hoping for a peaceful escape from Sorrento / Naples, and it did not disappoint! We were very lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite and had so much space, and a great view of Capri from our balcony. Thank you to the staff for facilitating this! The infinity pool with views of Capri was a dream. Loved spending afternoons on the loungers with great service. We had one particularly enjoyable afternoon where we took ourselves to the olive grove and read books and drank beers under the olive trees. It was like a dream. Easy walking access to the town square and the marina, although be prepared to get sweaty on the way back up hill from the marina. While much quieter than nearby Sorrento, provided plenty of opportunities to enjoy everything the Sorrento coast had to offer. Would recommend and would come back :-)"
