Casa Spirea A is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps three people. From Casa Spirea A you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. Casa Spirea A is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and two shared jacuzzi pools, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles). You will reach Casa Spirea A from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately eight stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Spirea A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Casa Spirea apartments are part of a small complex consisting of 12 apartments and one bedroom for the holidays. The complex can host up to 67 people.


As guests of the complex, set in a quite location, you will enjoy a large shared swimming pool as well as a wonderful garden and a SPA. There are also a restaurant and a bar, near the swimming pool.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 11 meters (36 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.80 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two gazebos. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness area
You will be able to enter the wellness area from the garden. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. A second above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats is also available in this area. Please note that use of the wellness area and facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. The wellness area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden going down eight steps. In the wellness room you will find a sauna, a Turkish bath and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Terrace with jacuzzi pool
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. You will reach it going up approximately three stairway steps. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple, and include a divan that unfolds into a French bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large fully-enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom
The bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two Juliet balconies with a view of the greenery, as well as a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
