The property is located within a large private land, with a flower garden, olive grove, orchard, swimming pool. Despite being in an extremely quiet position, it is well served by the road network which allows easy travel to all the cities of Tuscany. Pool maintenance every Wednesday, from 18:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. Rustic villa "Villa Le Casette", renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 6.5 km from the centre of Viareggio, 26 km from the centre of Pisa, 25 km from the centre of Lucca, 6.5 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake, 6.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'200 m2 with lawn, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 10.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Viareggio" 6.5 km. Tennis 8 km.
