"I got my room walked in, and there was a cockroach crawling on the floor plus turned on the light the wall had mold. It wasn’t really a good experience. Also let the people know about it and didn’t really get a refund. I would not recommend this place plus will never be back."

"I stay here a dozen times a year because my wife and I have family in town. This past weekend though the up keep of the some of the hall way floors were not clean and blk. One of the elevators wasn't working so it would take 2-5mins for the wait time. Keep in mind we had 5 kids with us and one kf which was a newborn. The elevator i can over look because it was just this one time but the floors I couldn't. The price you pay for this location is in the premium price range so I'd expect clean floors Overall the rooms were clean and stocked. Breakfast was good and the entire staff were very nice."

"The staff was nice, but our keys didn’t work for 4 different times, the TV didn’t work the bathroom had issues, the caulking around the base of the toilet was all cracked and there was a large lump of hair in the bathtub .Back to the Keys, we tried to get into our original room on the third floor going back to the front desk twice, then we were moved to the second floor only to have the same issue and after breakfast the day we left the key to our new room didn’t work the second time so another trip to the front desk to wait for help to get us into the room to get our bags to leave."
