Waterfront home with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Excellent location on the Colorado River. Gorgeous view from the upstairs decking looking down the Colorado River. Great place to make memories with family and friends. Easy access to East & West Matagorda Bays for fishing or toss a line in the river from the dock with fishing light. Matagorda Beach is minutes away for fun in the sun and beachcombers! Drive to town for great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Covered space downstairs to enjoy bbq grill, picnic table, and coastal breezes!

The property was clean and comfortable. The doc was great for time with the family and fishing. Overall a great place to stay and will do it again.
