"Very nice, right next to cathedral and of arc museum. Parking could be better/ easier to find"

"It's a basic hotel that is convenient to the historical center. However - we arrived on a very warm night (about 80 F) and the a/c wasnt on. When we asked for it to be turned on to cool the rooms, we were told that the hotel had just won an environmental award and could not use a/c because heating was on for those who wanted it. Apparently these folks care way more about an award than their guests' comfort. I doubt I'd use Novotel again."

"We had a beautiful room with the tower just off our balcony. The room and bathroom were bigger than we had expected. It was close enough to walk our luggage to the train station and also walk into the centre of town. A very nice stay."

"Great location - walkable to all city center. Our room 410 was very spacious, with huge windows, great views, mini kitchen. Private parking extra bonus. Fiona and Kevin were very welcoming at check in. Highly recommend!"
