"On arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady who showed me to my room and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The room was pleasant and well kept. It was spacious and comfortable. The en-suite was nice and the shower powerful and hot. The included breakfast was delicious and service couldn’t be faulted. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Matlock."

"From start to finish this property does not disappoint. From a fantastic host where nothing is too much trouble to the stunning house itself. The property blew us away and the photos certainly don't do it justice. We had a fantastic time playing pool in the large garden dining room and the children had hours of fun in the games room. The house was spotless and there was care to detail in the decor and facilities. A welcome hamper with a box of chocolate eggs for an Easter egg hunt really was a wonderful extra surprise. Our family group ranged from age 1 to 90 years and the house was perfect for all. I cannot recommend this property enough."
