"Lovely staff through out - reception/bar and kitchen. The food is tasty and portions are generous - the XL BBQ ribs are actually XL! The rooms are clean and spacious with a will sought out lay out. While the link to the rooms from the bar could do with some refresh, the facilities in the room are great. My room.had a view of Riber Castle, it was lovely making the connection on my hike. I enjoyed my stay."

"Take yourself back in time to an era we all want to recreate away from this troubling world. I was hoping for a spitfire to zoom overhead at anytime. A beautiful location within the Chatsworth estate in old style properties with plenty of character. Just a few steps away is a lovely local pub The Beeley Inn serving delicious food (the ox cheek is to die for,) agreeably it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ideal for a special treat."
