Due to renovations the reception is difficult to find and the only access is through a large group of smokers. This was extremely difficult when carrying luggage.
The receptuon staff are not permanently on duty. We had to wait to collect our keys whilst the receptionist finished a meal break. We had already completed the check in on line.

"It's not bad. Bed is comfy! Convenient location close to Metro. The downside is the lighting in the room and the reception it's dark. Also, you have to leave your room keys in the reception everytime you go out since the keys has a big metal keychain that you don't want to carry around when you're ..."
