Self-serve comfort and style

Lovely room, good location. Self-service so there were no staff in the building but everything I needed was provided in advance by email. Bathroom door handle needs to be fixed but that’s a minor point. Would happily stay again.

Good place, fourth visit

Business trip and fourth time I stay at BnB Urban. I like these type of places and with good and rather large rooms with plenty of windows facing a backyard with a tree and some stuff makes it a good place to spend some hours working and preparing for meetings. Breakfast is ok and there is coffee etc available. Internet is good and I have not experienced any problems with working space.

Enjoyable stay at BnB Urban

Very enjoyable stay. Clean, modern and well located. Non-intrusive management style which I liked. I would definitely stay here again.

En kokovierailuni aikana nähnyt henkilökuntaa. Pesutilat oli likauset..virtsaläikkiä lattialla. Huonekellarkerroksessa ja internettiyhteys ei toiminut.

Un B&B tranquille, confortable à 2 pas du centre

B&B avec accès à un petit jardin. Petit déj à préparer soi-même, avec tout ce qu'il faut à portée de main.

gewoon een proper verblijf

proper verblijf b&b kan je het niet noemen hebben namelijk niemand gezien geen goede dag geen bedankt. Ontbijt was pover opgesteld brood in de zakken en 1 croissant geen pistolets verder moest je alles zelf zoeken in de frigo waar enkel kaas aanwezig. was wel heel lekker brood. wel was er een flesje water aanwezig op de kamer

Difficile à trouver car, si l'adresse est juste, la localisation par le plan est celle d'un autre BNB. Merci à Hotels.com de corriger cela. Pour le reste conforme aux attentes. Quelque peu déroutant car aucune présence et donc aucun accueil. Peu convivial mais des prestations de bonnes qualités.

Quirky but excellent

I probably wouldn't have booked here, except that it was very convenient for a conference venue. Having stayed, I found it excellent quality and value and would certainly stay again, whether travelling for business or pleasure. My room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The location is central and near the metro. The self-service model with no direct contact with staff worked just fine - all my communications with the establishment were by email and i found them responsive and helpful. Overall, strongly recommended.

Einfaches aber sehr bequemes und angenehmes B&B

Dieses B&B ist eine gute Alternative zu den oft ueberteuerten Hotels in Bruessel. Zentral in der Naehe des Europa-Parlaments, und nur wenige Geh-Minuten von Metro-Station Trone. Innen sehr ruhig, geraeumige, moderne Zimmer, mit Gartenzugang. Zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber alles sehr neu, sauber und gepflegt, von guter Qualitaet. Sehr angenehm! Es hat nur 3 Zimmer, mit einem Fruehstuecksraum. Der einzige etwas ungewoehnliche Umstand ist, dass keinerlei Personal anwesend ist - alles wird vorbereitet, und man braucht den Zugangscode um ins Haus zu gelangen, der per email nach Buchung mitgeteilt, das ist unbedingt erforderlich. Aber ansonsten alles super. Wuerde beim naechsten Bruessel-Besuch in dieser Gegend bestimmt wiederkommen.

Som en liten moderne hybel midt i byen

Fint og fredelig konsept, men ingen resepsjon eller staff. Derfor ikke muligheter til å sette igjen bagasje, få reise- eller lokalinformasjon etc. Et godt, bekvemt og mer hjemlig alternativ til standard hotellopphold.

Second time at Urban BnB - still good

Second time at the BnB Urban. The room is very convenient and large, making it practical to work in the evening and morning before meetings. There is a kitchen for self service where coffee is available.

An excellent choice for visiting EU quarters

The rooms are much bigger and comfortable than a standard hotel in Brussels is able to provide. A well working internet connection is a rare luxury even in the best hotels in this city. What this place lacks in service, it gives back in other areas.

Chambre et petit déjeuner en autogestion complète: approvisionnement complet. En revanche, terrasse sur jardin très glissante par temps humide... ce qui n'est pas rare à Bruxelles.

美術館に近く、グランプラスも徒歩圏内。タクシーターミナルとバス停がある地下鉄駅前からワンブロック裏側に入った場所で、徒歩2〜3分の距離なのに、中庭に面した静かな環境で、小鳥の声で目が覚めた。カルフールが近くにあるため、外食に疲れた時には、キッチンを使って簡単な夕食も作れる。 次回は、レトルトの日本食を持参するつもり。

Stylish BnB for either work or a weekend break

This was my second stay, this time combining work with a couple of days break at the end. Easily located for the European quarter, Louise and the tourist centre. And only a short walk to bars and restaurants in Place decLondres, Boniface and Ixelles. Plenty of food provided for the self service breakfast, and good to be able to make a coffee whenever you want one. Also really peaceful. Hot weather meant we slept with the garden door open and no noise at all from the neighbourhood.

Very innovative concept. The breakfast organisation was a bit confusing as the fridge was labelled to different rooms but it looked like the food was to be shared by everyone. overall great place to stay!
