The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow and the curtain was not dark enough to block yeh sunlight. "It's just 3 minutes walk from the nearest train station. There are shops surrounding for lunch and tea but not dinner n breakfast. The hotel sells instant food at a very reasonable price. Friendly staffs and beautiful environment."

"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"温泉が夜も朝もお湯ではない温度でした。夜はなんとか入れる温度でしたが、朝はほぼ水でした。温泉を楽しみにしていた母に入ってもらえなかった事が心残りで仕方ありません。部屋の古さは趣としても備品のカビとサビはとても不快でした。景色だけは最高でした。"
