"The hotel itself is clean and well located, but the staff is poorly trained and inattentive. Had to call twice for housekeeping during our three night stay. Needed assistance with luggage when leaving. The attendant took forever to arrive and then showed up without a luggage cart. Supplies in the M club, such a cups and plates, often ran out with no one paying attention to the need to re-supply."

"This was by far the loudest room I’ve ever been in. Hardly slept either night. Police sirens and motorcycles sound like they’re right outside your window. We were on the 10th floor, but it was still like being on street level. Would not stay again. A lot of the amenities are closed as well."
