"The property was just as described, and beautifully decorated. It is in a very convenient location. The air conditioning worked great but it was so nice to use the sliding screen and listen to and see the waves breaking on the shore. The sunsets were great."
Direct Oceanfront Newly Remodeled!

"Location is a 5 min walk to the Ocean Center Aquarium. 10-15 min drive to surrounding towns for lots of different dining options. The property is accurate to the website photos. Overall good value for your money. View was amazing! Pool and hot tub were great! If this is your first time staying on property, parking is not assigned, it is first come first serve. Very private, and very quiet. Washer/Dryer very convenient. Lots of rec items for the beach provided. Lots of amenities for cleaning and showering were also provided. A/C in every room.On to things that could’ve been slightly better. In the bunk bed room there were dead moths on both beds. The sleeper sofa in the living room needs a new mattress. It’s very worn. The furniture in general in the living room needs to be replaced as it is worn down. We found several Beatles alive and dead throughout the living space. Furniture on the lanai is very worn, needs to be replaced with something that can be wiped more easily as we found lots of bird poop every day even after cleaning it daily. Only one TV in the family room, no separate TVs for bedrooms."
Oceanfront Penthouse at Maalaea in South Maui

"We really enjoyed our stay. What a wonderful location, close to Costco, Maui Tropical Plantation (fresh local produce) and Maui Farmer's Market. Short walk to the marina where we took a dinner cruise with PacWhale. The view is incredible, million dollar view. We watched so many turtles and even saw two manta rays from the balcony. At night the mountain lights up and sparkles. On clear days you can see the observatory. We saw the milky way every night and shooting stars. The grassy lawn in front of the condo is very pretty. Management was great and very responsive. My only issues were the beach is not a one minute walk. You need to walk down the sidewalk and then access the beach but the beach is beautiful and long. During the week we often had it to ourselves. The other thing to keep in mind is the laundy room is shared and it's 2.50 per load to wash and 2.50 to dry. Not a big deal but I didn't find it clear in the listing. Overall a wonderful stay."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Maui.. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The host was amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views that made waking up each morning a treat. The location was fantastic and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The hosts food suggestions were also amazing, and we truly enjoyed the overall experience!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Maui trip…We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui and can’t wait to stay here again."

"The unit is in a condo complex tucked in a quiet neighborhood by the ocean front. The unit has the basic necessities you need for cooking, beddings and even items for the beach e.g., folding beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and even snorkeling gears. You would need to rent a car to get around in between places. It’s about 20 minutes drive to downtown Kīhei where you can find more public beach access, restaurants and bars and shopping areas. You’ll have a good view of the morning sunrise. The reef infront of the unit is a good place to go fishing. The pool is a good place wind down the day. The property itself seems to be well maintained. The owner and the property management company communicate well in a timely manner. If you need a place to stay and not being picky, this is a good place for a family of four. Overall, we had a great time staying in this place and highly recommend it."
