"Very comfortable and peaceful! We chose by seeing photos on line and weren’t disappointed! Couldn’t ask for more! Beautiful view from the lanai! Had a rental car which made it easy to explore the beaches in both directions or just lounge at the pool!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very central, making it easy to get around Maui and explore different parts of the island. The area was peaceful and quiet, and we loved how uncrowded it felt. We frequently had the pool to ourselves or shared it with just one other family. The beach was also quiet, with the busiest time being around sunset.The beachfront location was beautiful, and the sunsets behind the West Maui Mountains were gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard, and the balcony was a favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxing.One thing to be aware of is that the sand on this beach is very fine and gets stirred up easily by the waves, so the water was often brown rather than the clear blue we were hoping for. I hadn’t done my research and assumed it would be clear, but this did not stop us from enjoying the ocean—we still loved it!There were a few minor things to note. The A/C had a little trouble keeping up during the hottest afternoons, but it wasn’t a major issue. We noticed some ants and saw one cockroach. We understand occasional insects can be part of staying in a tropical, beachfront location, so it didn’t ruin our experience, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests. The condo is also on the second floor, so luggage was a little difficult to carry up.Overall, we had a very relaxing and wonderful stay!"

"The grounds at Kihei Sands are absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the property, location, and overall feel of the condo.That said, there were a few things that were disappointing, especially considering the amount we spent on our stay. For a group of six people, supplies felt limited. A few additional basic supplies and linens would have made a big difference and made the stay feel more comfortable and accommodating.Overall, Kihei Sands is a beautiful property and the condo itself was wonderful. With a little more attention to the basic amenities provided for larger groups, the experience could easily have been exceptional."

Can't say enough about Connie, she takes care of us each time. The place is very well taken care of and my grandson enjoys going back and forth from the ocean and the swimming pool! Great location!
