"What a wonderful condo!!! Exactly as described, clean, a few steps to the pool, hot tub and ocean. Great place to walk on the beach. We feel it was the best condo in the complex. Linda was a super host!!! Very communicative and just a generally sweet person. We can’t wait to come again. A"

"Did not use Wi-Fi . A/C kept changing the temp up an down. Room was clean. The dishwasher did not want to start except on Heavy Duty, and the ran for 2 hrs. until I canx. it! Fridge was loud. We turned it OFF at night to avoid the noise. 3 knives in silverware drawer had the blades fall off the handle in our hand! Towel rod outside shower was starting to come off the wall. Lanai screen handle was coming off. Screw stripped. Other than the above, it was fairly comfortable."

"Excellent ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and beach. Clean, cozy, and comfortable with everything we needed including a washer and dryer, lots of beach chairs and beach towels and really nice staff. The grounds at the resort are beautiful and we loved the hot dry sauna and the jacuzzi! We will definitely stay here again!"

"This was a very nice unit. Sugar Beach is a very good place to stay and this was a good unit in that complex. It was nice to have the sunshine first thing in the morning as we had breakfast on the lanai watching the whales in the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions or concerns almost immediately.We would stay here again."

"Our stay was very nice! This is definitely a motel and not a hotel, but we were very comfortable. The pool was full of plant debris and the hot tub was cold, so we did not use those unfortunately. It was very nice to have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided! The shower towels provided were the cheapest, thinnest, smallest towels I have ever been provided; consider bringing your own! House cleaning was advertised, but it was cancelled over half the time due to staff shortages. This was very disappointing as we stayed for awhile and it was very difficult to keep the sandiness under control after spending the day at the beach. The beach across the street was incredible! We loved being able to just walk across the street and watch the sunset!"

"Condo includes just about everything you may need for beach, snorkeling, lawn chairs, beach towels. Kitchen well supplied eight expected items. On 5th floor with good elevator. Porch has limited ocean view and overlooks parking lot toward pool. Great view of mountains from porch. Worked well for 2 adults with each having own bathroom. Owner very organized and communicates very well. This part of Maui central so allows good day trips in all directions."
