"We had a very lovely stay, it was our first time to Maui! The condo location was close to shops, restaurants, beaches. And we couldn’t have been more wonderfully situated on the ocean. The bed was comfortable the condo was cozy and clean and provided everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Linda responded to my messages immediately and everything went very smoothly. We hope to return someday soon!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been fortunate enough to get the opportunity to go to Maui a few times. Kihei Sands is a great place to take your family. Can't say enough about Connie, she takes care of us each time. The place is very well taken care of and my grandson enjoys going back and forth from the ocean and the swimming pool! Great location! We will be back hopefully soon!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Given that it was our first time to Maui it was a nice central location and we loved that it was close to the harbor. I was a little surprised that it was the furthest condo back from the beach, From my research I thought it was closer, but I apparently should have done better research. I would have just a couple suggestions, a griddle would be great and maybe more tupperware, washcloths would have been nice downstairs but that could be because the cleaning person was there after 3 and was rushed. Overall it was a really nice experience. A griddle isn't going to break it, I just bought 5 pounds of pancake mix at Costco and couldn't use it. A small family who wants to explore the island, this is perfect! Thank you for your hospitality. Oh, the TV in the master bedroom did not work, not sure about the upstairs TV."

"We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful condo that lead right to the beach. It’s a small and cozy condo property so we didn’t feel crowded. The community patio was clean with 2 grills, a pool and had a lot of lounges to rest in. Communication with the host (Amanda) was appreciated and we would definitely cm wider going back here again!"

"We have stayed at your property twice and we love the location of the ground floor location. About 10 feet to pool 20 to beach of you turn right out of your condo and left if you want good food at dina sandwitch or a good drink they have a nice bar. Best food you can eat in or to go. Met so many amazing people. Also whether you have small children, middle aged or adults this facility is so welcoming. The pool has a very nice pool a child's pool up above the regular pool and a jacuzzi not to mention a sauna. You cant go wrong with Sugar Beach Resort only about 16 minutes from landing at OGG.A special Thank you to our hosts that always make is feel welcomed with a special card welcoming you."
