"Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car and the concierge went above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us. Rooms were beautiful extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the nightlife with great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Killarney is a very walkable city and this hotel makes a great location as a base to go see the National Park, Mucross, or even taking a drive to Dingle. Highly recommend "

"Overall the hotel was wonderful and in an amazing location. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower. The curtain used made a large mess on the floor every time we showered. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone in the area."

"This is a tough review since our previous stay was at a 5 star hotel. Facility was nice but parking was scarce, even though the hotel is in an open area. The rooms was clean, but nothing special. We didn’t partake in any spa treatments. I liked the lobby and dining room. Overall a decent hotel, just nothing extravagant."
