"Very nice stay, very clean "

"We loved the King size bed. We couldn't use the door to go to the car outside. It wouldn't open. I felt if there was a fire it was unsafe and we wouldn't be able escape. We woul have burned to death. The remote for the TV did not work. We could not do anything with it. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. I noticed the carpet in the hallways were badly stained everywhere."

"Fairly clean, free parking, breakfast included. A little on the outskirts. Man at the front desk was super friendly and personable. Bottom floor rooms have sliding doors that go outside to the lot. Vendinch machines in main floor"

"Helpful staff. Posted address for hotel reservation showed Shawinigan but motel was located in Grand mere, a sector of Shawinigan but confusing for Google maps which should help find the place easier. Signage could be improved especially at night to find the motel."

"Outdoor hot tubs VERY dark, could not see well to move around. "
