"The employees at this hotel were amazing. All were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! The free breakfast provided was the best I've had at a hotel. They had a variety of different foods & were very organized in how they got people through. Never waited very long. The location to Fisherman's Wharf was very good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I was skeptical at first at the price being low for San Francisco, but the reviews were great. We absolutely LOVED this gem of a hotel! The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there was even a pillow menu! The staff was friendly, the coffee was delicious, and there were delicious looking fresh baked cookies available. I only wish they had gluten free cookies. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. The location at Union Square is nice especially with the cable car right out front! Ican't wait to come back!"
