"Great hotel, beach front."

"Furniture is outdated and some facilities were either closed or beat up. Also all the rugs in the hallway smells like dust. It was like my 4th time booking there and the hotel could use some renovation. "

"Everything was great but my room no got hot water"

"We spent two nights at the hotel and had a bit of a “two very different stays in one trip” experience. Our first room (#210) had a serious humidity situation—the kind where everything feels a little… tropical indoors (think damp floors and walls, and that sticky feeling that never quite goes away). There was also a persistent dripping noise at night that made it hard to sleep. The room could definitely use some TLC, with signs of wear like rusty doors, some mold in the A/C and bathroom, and aging grout/caulking. The room phone also wasn’t working, which made it tricky to reach the front desk. The good news: when we mentioned it the next morning, the team was very responsive. Carlos in particular was great—he listened, understood immediately, and moved us to a new room on the third floor. The second room was a big improvement—no humidity issues and a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. That said, it still showed some general wear (similar maintenance items as the first room), so it seems like upkeep is something the property needs. Common areas could also benefit from a good refresh (a power wash would go a long way). As for the staff, most were genuinely warm and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Carlos stood out for his professionalism and quick help. We did have a less pleasant interaction on the last day. Overall, this feels like a bit of a hit-or-miss property depending on the room you get. "
