"The Sofitel experience is the best I've ever had! The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and affordable. Very clean. The hotel is designed with a modern flair and has 4 restaurants. We were treated to a delicious Continental breakfast and enjoyed the Thai/Chinese restaurant. The passageway connecting the hotel with Gatwick airport and, via south terminal, the train station makes this hotel convenient. No need to get a taxi or Uber. My husband and I look forward to returning to Sofitel Gatwick! A big thank you to all the kind staff, especially Harrish, Alessia, Steven, and the rest whose names I don't recall."

"Only stayed one night before flight the next day. Chack-in was quick and easy, couteous staff. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I did not use the restaurant."
