Come and enjoy this comfortable renovated house of 160 m2 while you explore Provence. This bright house has a walled garden and is situated in a calm spot in the heart of historical MAZAN, a typical Provencal village, close to shops and two weekly farmers’ markets. The accommodation: a fully equipped separate kitchen ; laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and household products ; you may have your meals in the kitchen, in the large lounge/dining room, with it’s beamed French ceiling, or outside on the patio ; the bedrooms are spacious, bright and airy with the bathrooms located close by on the landing. From the second floor, there is a lovely view of the Vaucluse mountains and the Mazan Château (former home of the Marquis de Sade). The exterior : comprises an enclosed patio with a small gate leading to the road ; table and garden chairs beneath a canopy and a terrace mister to keep you cool ; a garden hut under lock and key to house your bikes ; a small BBQ for grilling. Location : 30 mins from the Avignon Nord exit on the Motorway ; 5 mins from Carpentras and its station ; 30 mins from the Isle de Sorgue and Vaison la Romaine ; 40 mins from the TGV station, with a connection for Carpentras ; 10 mins from Bédoin and 30 mins from Mount Ventoux ; 1hr from the Mediterranean sea.
