Hotel Playa Mazatlan
Clean room but felt amenities lacking this year. Menus only scannable which doesn't work for those without a smart phone or no service in Mexico. The upkeep of the property is sliding (long grass, paint peeling surfaces)

Viaggio Resort Mazatlán
Shampoo and body soap containers not working properly. It was a chore trying to get any shampoo or soap out of those containers. Let room service know of this issue without getting a solution
