"This house served well for a family of 8 needing 5 bedrooms while visiting Channel islands NP and access to the beach 24/7. Rented 2 cars snd both fit in driveway or gatage.Neighborhood with easy access to roadways up and down the coast. 10mins from Island Packets NP ferry outfitters. Kitchen equipped for family cooking including well-maintained gas grill. Host easy to contact via text."

"Good property with a great location. Bedrooms and bathrooms were updated, roomy and worked perfect. Kitchen was well appointed and modern. Living room and hangout area was a bit small for a 4 bedroom house but we worked around it."

"Beautiful beach house condo, we appreciated the fans upstairs because it gets warm at night, since there is no AC in the primary room. A window fan would be ideal for that room, other than that it was great! We would definitely book again! Near the beach and had all the amenities!"

"This is a great house for a family or a group of adults. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and easy access to bathrooms. We loved it for our family because there was a room that had four twin beds and a pullout couch for the kids.It was clean and ready for us. So many fun toys, ping pong, basketball game, and places to spread out. The kitchen is amazing, as well as the sitting room adjacent to it and the dining room. We ate outside a lot and really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub.Right across the street is a beach called big beach with access to the water for the paddle boards, Pickleball courts, a great playground for the kids. This is an amazing amenity right outside the front door!It’s also perfectly located in the Ventura Harbour and we would definitely rent this house again."
