This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Humboldt. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed and a full bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, this tranquil retreat has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The additional living room space with a queen bed air mattress provides extra comfort for guests. We hope you enjoy what our place in sunny Blue Lake of Humboldt County!
Very kid friendly home with a huge yard and playground! Only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Trinidad, coastal beaches and an 8 minute drive to the lovely town of Arcata with the amazing redwoods and Cal Poly Humboldt University. This is the perfect stay for you and your family for a little getaway!

I really hate to write such a glowing review for this place because I always want it to be available for us when we come to visit! But in all the rental units we've had over the nearly 20 years of our travels to the area, this has definitely been the best: clean, spacious, incredibly stocked with everything we needed, comfortable beds, quiet safe location, and close to the friends we were visiting. Paige is a great host and responded quickly to our few questions. This is truly a gem. We can't wait to return!

Paige's place was absolutely perfect!!! Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Couldnt have been any better!!! Even the neighborhood cat was nice!

Lack of cleanliness

the house wasn’t clean at all, floors were dirty, the rooms and living room had a musty/sweaty smell. My socks fell on the bathroom floor, and when I picked them up they were full of dust. All furniture was full of dust, the fridge was dirty, all windows were dirty/dusty. We were asked to not use shoes inside which we did, and our socks got filthy right away. I was shocked to see that it wasn’t clean, isn’t that why they charge a cleaning fee? The house itself is really pretty, and the neighborhood is very quite.
