"Peter and his crew run a convenient budget motel for field workers truck drivers and oilmen to get respite from a hard days work we own a ranch 60 miles away and like all listed above we occasionally need a comfort break and Peter fills that spot in spades they have a few problems just small maintenance issues but Peter always listen and gets them fixed "

I just needed to sleep 2-3 hours to take a break while driving long distance and didn’t want to spend to much for unnecessary conditions, however I was pleased to be welcomed by a friendly staff, easy check in, clean place, fridge in the room, Wi-Fi, AC, and bed was pretty comfortable.
