Top McNabs Island Provincial Park Hotel Reviews

Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

8/10 Good

"Cleanliness was fine. What we found disappointing was getting a text and an email at 8:00 in the morning asking us when we expect to check-out. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. and we had just come back from breakfast. At a hotel like Chateau Bedford you expect an elevated experience. But this didn't feel elevated at all, it felt unwelcoming and rather tacky. As an aside, we asked for a 6:00 a.m. wake-up call and it actually came at 5:00a.m."

The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites

8/10 Good

"Staff were very helpful to switch rooms when I found hair in the bathroom. The next room also had hair on the bed but staff dealing with matter were very kind. It did take a second reminder to change the linens. Property an excellent location, close to the hospital for visiting family and downtown. Restaurant servers very friendly and attentive."

Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I was not happy that they had a Halloween party at the hotel on Saturday night which was very loud and when I came back in the evening the parking lot was absolutely overflowing with cars and I could not find any place to park. As a paying guest I should have had access to park. I complained to the front desk but they just said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it. I was very upset about the situation and think more should have been to accommodate me or give me some credit for my inconvenience. The hotel seemed more concerned about the party patrons rather than the paying guests."
