"Room was spotless, light airy feel throughout the space. The view out our balcony elevated our entire stay! Attention to details upon arrival, soft music playing on the tv with a personalized welcome greeting. Resort was beautiful and well maintained, their landscaping was eye candy for this Ohio girl. We look forward to our next visit, thanks for the hospitality Oceans Edge!"

"Author's Guesthouse was at a great location for us! We enjoyed the privacy of our room, it was clean, and the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Duval street. It was on a busier street but with the plants\trees\fence traffic did not bother us. I liked the gates locked at night (even though I never felt unsafe on the Island). The heated pool was down for service for a day and night and we weren't offered anything to compensate for that( it was an important feature for me bc of the cooler weather at the time). However, it was up and running again the next day when they said it would be. Would stay here again!"

"I didn't choose the resort so I was a bit skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The grounds were well maintained and airport shuttle was a nice addition. The food was good. Staying downtown close to the action has its appeal. But the shuttle from the resort dropped us there and we could get up every morning and walk across the street to the beach to watch the sunrise. Or spend the day on the beach for a down day. We couldn't have done that downtown as the there are no beaches. This is a good option if you enjoy the things mentioned above. "
