☀️Updated Cottage, Heated Pool, Great Location near Silver Lake Sand Dunes!
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay and everything was great at Dune Dandy cottage. Tons of storage and eating space in the kitchen for our family of 7. Would recommend and consider coming back!"
Beachin Lighthouse Villa at Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Little Sable Lighthouse
10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful house, easy to relax in, with some added bonuses (tower room, basement den). The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is great (we love to cook), and the views of the dunes and lake from the deck are delightful. The area is quiet (dead-end streets are the best), and the beach is nicely accessible. Some of us chose to walk up to the lighthouse and then back down the beach toward the house, rather than tackle the more direct (over the dune) route, but the latter is certainly do-able.Over the last several years, we have vacationed on Lake Michigan from New Buffalo to Charlevoix/Beaver Island, and consider this the best spot yet. And that's without managing to squeeze in a dune ride with Mac Wood's outfit! We certainly hope to be back in the future."

Silver Lake Cottage. 1 Mile from Sand Dunes. Quiet Street. Sleeps 12-14.
10/10 Excellent
"We saved a ton of money, because we didn't have to eat out all the time. The cottagewas large enough to accommodate our family of nine. Plenty of parking for the vehicles and toys. Silver Lake has so many things to offer. We drove Jet Skis over to the dunes and had a lot of fun playing in the sand and water. If the weather wasn't cooperating, just around the corner is Craig's or went for a dune ride. The grandkids had a good time making smores in the fire pit. We'll be back next year, because there is so much to explore and do at Silver Lake. This area is one of my favorite places in the world."

Silver Lake Vacation Rental, Spacious & in a great location
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage was a perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and working. We liked they had plenty of coffee available for us. The bedroom blinds kept the light out which is a small luxury we love for us and our kids to sleep longer. Board games and card games provided which we played on a rainy afternoon. They have a hose by the side door to spray off sand before entering the house. The neighborhood was very quaint and we liked going on walks. We walked to the dune rides and ice cream shop. Across the street from the house is a small neighborhood playground and small path for kids to ride their bike on a dirt. We used the kayaks and paddles. They had plenty of life vests for use. Our kids went swimming off one of the neighborhood lake access points. The owner stopped by on their way home since we were outside and made sure we had everything we needed. The only negative is the shared wall and no privacy off the front porch or back yard. We knew we signed up for a duplex but it felt odd sharing a house while visiting. We used the fire pit one night which I hope didn’t keep the other guest from enjoying their backyard but could have. It would be nice to have a divider in the front and back."
