"Just a little surprised by the property—the staff was helpful and kind but I probably would not stay here again"

"We had a great stay. For someone who doesn’t know the area, we felt safe and comfortable here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My mom said her bed was a little firmer than she likes but mine was just fine. The air worked and the hot water and water pressure was magnificent. We did have an issue with the batteries dying in our door card reader thing (that unlocks the door with your hotel key card) but the front desk staff and the manager came out and swapped the batteries and we didn’t have any other issues with that. We got clean towels when we asked and didn’t have any other problems. Would definitely stay here again. For what we were in town for, it was perfect. Close to main strip in Millington where there’s plenty of stores and restaurants."

"Great host, I was attending an event and the location was very convenient and beautiful. Plenty of space for friends to stop by to do some grilling and relax."

"We had a great stay here! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect, close to multiple spots around Memphis, so getting around and finding things to do was super easy. Everything was simple to navigate, from check-in to getting in and out during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a really nice place and we’d definitely stay again!"

"Avoid at all costs. The photos used to advertise this hotel are completely misleading, the real rooms look nothing like what’s shown online. The condition of the property was unacceptable. My room was dirty and in poor repair: water-stained ceilings, cracked walls, holes near fixtures, and burned electrical outlets. One room didn’t even have a smoke detector, and had exposed extension cords and electrical tape connecting a makeshift LED lighting fixture. It felt unsafe and neglected. I ended up leaving and finding other accommodations. Save your time and money, do not stay here."

"Host was very good at communicating whenever I reached out. Check in was easy. The house was clean and plenty of room for our party of 6. We loved the outdoor fire pit area, very cozy. Millington has plenty of restaurants and stores close by. We will definitely remember this spot for future trips in the area."
