"They could not find my reservation at check in but honored the rate and room on my itinerary. Had trouble with the room lock not working but it was addressed and repaired immediately. Room was clean and hotel was in good shape for a couple nights stay."

"Easy to get to, check in staff was very friendly, however, when we checked out, the person at the desk, acted very inconvenience by the fact that I took their time away from their phone. Bed sheets were clean, but had old stains on them. Ugh 😫 Breakfast was ok"

"We had a great stay. For someone who doesn’t know the area, we felt safe and comfortable here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My mom said her bed was a little firmer than she likes but mine was just fine. The air worked and the hot water and water pressure was magnificent. We did have an issue with the batteries dying in our door card reader thing (that unlocks the door with your hotel key card) but the front desk staff and the manager came out and swapped the batteries and we didn’t have any other issues with that. We got clean towels when we asked and didn’t have any other problems. Would definitely stay here again. For what we were in town for, it was perfect. Close to main strip in Millington where there’s plenty of stores and restaurants."

"Shower stall had significant amounts of mildew. Could have simply been cleaned with bleach. Window drapes had small holes and the curtains were not properly hung. No feather free pillows on property. Front desk was not empathetic about the pillow request. No welcome gifts were provided for Marriott members. Breakfast was tasty, coffee was cold. Staff member appeared unapproachable and couldn’t be bothered with engaging with others in conversation. Front office staff members consistently sitting at the sofas and not attending to the front desk area. Have had a much better experience in the past with this hotel. "

"The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, and the temperature was perfect. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious."

"It stated with an extra fee added on right at check in. The room was….broken tiles, broken plumbing, only one channel on the tv, paint stains, cracked everything, warm mildew smell, standing water in the floor in the bathroom without even using any of the plumbing, dead spiders, rusted everything, sound of interstate….. I can go on. I’ve stayed in many cheap motels but they have never been this bad. I would say you get what you pay for, but if that was the case, this room should pay the renter to stay. "

"We had a great stay here! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect, close to multiple spots around Memphis, so getting around and finding things to do was super easy. Everything was simple to navigate, from check-in to getting in and out during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a really nice place and we’d definitely stay again!"
