"Excellent stay in what felt like a boutique hotel. We had paid extra for the villa for our short stay and it was amazing. Some photos do not show that it now has a hot tub. Very clean and I have to mention that the staff seem to be a really good team. Breakfast and the food in general were full of flavor and up there with the best food we had. You don’t need to go sunset hunting here."

"This hotel was a great value. It was quiet and tucked away, yet there were still restaurants and a market within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and thorough. The transportation they reserved for us was reliable. They were also quick to respond when I had a question before making the reservation. It was nice having the balcony space with jacuzzi. If you plan to use the jacuzzi, be sure to check the temperature and make sure it’s hot enough. It can take 2-3 hours to heat up...

"The property was beautiful and our group loved how authentic it felt. The pool was well maintained and there was plenty of space for 10 people. Maria was a wonderful host and helped arrange transportation for us. The surrounding town of Megalochori is small but quiet and significantly less crowded than Fira or Oia, but the trade-off is that there are no spectacular views, and fewer dining options. Note, only some of the bedrooms have air conditioning. "

"This hotel is a very basic hotel. I think you get what you pay for. The pools are beautiful and very nice. There are much more expensive hotels on the island, and this one makes it more accessible and I love the small town it is located in. I have to say, the service was incredibly friendly, warm and personal here. I found the beds to be a bit hard, and the shower was a bit difficult to manage, but I am also used to more American standards so that could be part of the difference. "
