"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it...

"There were some interesting shops nearby as well eating spots. I very much enjoyed staying in the capsule. Other than hearing the others around you lifting their blinds to get out of their capsule, it was a very interesting experience. "

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! "This hotel was very welcoming and so clean (it just opened at the time of this review). Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff and were offered tea and coffee while checking in. The room was very clean and nice. Only concern was there was no iron or steamer in the room, but I imagine you can ask the hotel to provide one at check-in. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Location is right across from Ebisu station which is one stop away from Shibuya (7 min train ride). "
