"Everything at this Hotel is amazing. So close to everything such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable and easy access to Uber and Taxi. Even though the Hotel is situated in a busy area, it was not noisy at all. We were still able to get undisturbed sleep. The place is very clean and breakfast buffet is amazing. We had dinner at our last night stay and food was excellent too. We definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and again. "

The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. We will be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo, and would highly recommend to others!"

"The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel. "

"Book a stay at this hotel! We were thrilled we did as the rooms were a decent size, check in was easy, breakfast was convenient and good (both Japanese and Western options), very clean, very quiet and most importantly the location was amazing! It is connected to the Shibuya train station so we could access any part of Tokyo very easily! Also walking distance to lots of dinning options and Shibuya crossing, but far enough away that it is quiet! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again! After staying at 4 different hotels during our Japan trip (including another in Tokyo), this was the best hotel overall! "
