"The breakfast spread was excellent and the aircon in room 305 is working great. Your front desk staffs are very professional and warm. Special commendation to Mr Taufik , who handled me during my check-in. As my stay is basically a business trip, i would like to thank all staffs for their dedication towards their work. "

"We wanted to pop over the national park but was told that we needed to especially book for this and they don't accept walk-ins. We didn't manage to try the spa as it was full when we were free."

"A very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. However, the noise from the main road in front of the hotel intrudes into the rooms facing it. Especially the noisy motorcycles. Would definitely stay there again but I will ask for a room facing away from the road."

"The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card access, and the hotel got 2 entrance,, one entrance got security guard, the other none at all, Just imagine if the robber/Criminal come in to your Hotel Room. Overall Not worth it,, My stay in IBIS STYLE hotel previous day was worth it than this hotel."
