Intimate stay away from home

This host provided so many fun items that you would need to enjoy a beach stay... the beach was just a few steps an down the stair case... fishing was great in the morning.. bring bug spray as they are live in morning an night.. the onsite Property manager was extremely kind an attentive. We will stay again.

Best Rental Ever

You can’t ask for a better place to stay. On the beach, heated pool, laundry, kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Love coming here for family vacation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Great property! Clean, beds were comfy. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook. The pool was clean and warm. This condo is not "on" the beach but is about 20 yards from the stairs down to the beach, so not a big deal. You can see the ocean from the 2nd story. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a great time!! Good price. Clean place. Had the beach to ourselves. Chairs as ice maker were a bonus. Pool was clean and parking good. We really enjoyed our stay. There were 8 of us! We will come back!!

Home away from home!

Clean and comfortable. Lovely heated pool outside the .door. Ocean was expansive and just beautiful.We didn't use all the amenities, but a great location for our overflow guests. We'll be back!

Amazing beach and great location

We stayed 3 nights in late November. The beach was very private, quiet and a great location. We had unit 2 and everyone had their own beds. A suggestion would be to have curtains in between the rooms for privacy as the only room with a door was the 2 queen bedroom upstairs. This is a hidden gem and will be back to stay.

Family getaway

We stayed at BlueView inn with our 3 adult children and two of their boyfriends. Pool house 2 was perfectly accommodating for our stay and allowed everyone a place to lay their heads. The game room was great and we garhered in it daily for dinner that we prepared on the grill that was available. The beach was beautiful and we will definitely visit agqin in the future. The host was very responsive and felt like we were the only people there. Super cool gem of a place.

Beautiful beach

The place was clean and cool during the heat. We filled it up with 8 adults. It was crowded but any place would have been with that many people. The manager was friendly and helpful at all times. The beach is great.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay, rooms were clean, area was quiet and well kept. Pool was nice and clean. We met a couple that have been coming to the same place for years and told us how much they have enjoyed it. So much so, they rented the place out for their daughter's wedding one year. The beach was beautiful and fishing was good out there. Christy (host) was very responsive, we even added an extra night to our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely Amazing

Our unit was very very clean, nicely decorated & well supplied. The property is groomed daily and the caretakers are very helpful & friendly. This place is a hidden gem that dorsnt dissapointed. I will definitely be staying again. Thank you for everything.

Clean, quiet beach getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. We were here 4 nights. Townhouse was extremely clean and was very comfortable. We flew down to Florida from Indiana, and were so happy to have beach chairs and a cabana provided. The heated pool was a plus with lots of chairs and picnic tables. Lester & Giselle were very helpful when we needed anything.

Nice location on the beach

The easy access to the beach was most important to me. The gameroom was a plus that I didn't know about and our grsndkids age 7 and 10 enjoyed it. Also plenty of deck chairs and tables with umbrellas . The building and property are well maintained except for the pool advertised as heated was not. Our unit did not have any frying pans and very little silverware which made it difficult to eat at the condo.

Picture perfect getaway

It’s always tricky booking locations online, you want to do your research and get the right location and not show up to something different than you imagined. This location ABSOLUTELY exceeded our expectations in every way! Incredibly stunning beach access and PRIVATE beach access meant that we were never crowded. The pool near the rooms was a wonderful addition too for kids, and quick access to Publix meant we could stock up quickly on food and supplies. I would recommend packing salt/pepper and some paper plates since they don’t have a dishwasher. We already miss this vacation getaway and will be back soon!

Peaceful and Relaxing

My family of 5 (Mom, Dad, 2 Teens, 1 Tween) enjoyed our 5 weekday stay here for Spring Break in March, 2024. The area is quite without much to do but enjoy nature. We spent time at the beach, pool and played in the onsite Game Room. We visited Sebastian Inlet and paddle boarded/kayaked at Honest John’s Fish Camp for $5 each. Watched a rocket launch and visited some surf shops along with a few roadside nature centers/museums. There is a Publix near by which made feeding the family easier from the kitchen of the townhouse. Not a lot of restaurant choices near by if you want to eat out.

Scheduling Errors….

Initial booking was smooth and communication with Christy was good. When we arrived to our location (townhouse #2) at 12am, we found that it was double booked and there were already guests sleeping in the location. The onsite manager got us in touch with Christy where she explained it was a scheduling error and the space was double booked. She said there was a smaller location (pool side suite) we could stay at for the night and then we could move to townhouse #3 the next day. The next morning I received communication from Christy. We spoke and she informed me the other space was not available. She offered to extend our stay in the pool side suite and refund our money. We opted to stay and she did refund our trip. The balcony view of the townhouses was a little deceiving from the photos, as there was an ocean view building between the townhouses and the beach, which is the balcony where the listing photo was taken. So our view was the building and not the beach. Christy was very accommodating with the situation. The property manager seemed nice but it was hard to communicate as they only speak Spanish. Overall the location was nice and clean as well as the whole property. The pool was nice and beach location was great.
