Home has a master and guest bedroom on second floor with great views. Other two bedrooms are on first floor. Large second floor deck offers panoramic Atlantic views. Location is only sixty miles from Orlando attractions, so day trips are easy. There is a public dune walk on north end of lot. Owner has a gate in back yard to get there.
