The King Center of performing arts is only a bicycle ride away. So is Wickham park with plenty of activities. The Indian river is in walking distance.

This suite, part of a duplex, offers a spacious and open feel. It features a unique studio-like layout with a separate kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private fenced in backyard.

The king-size bed from Indonesia, mahogany desk, rattan/glass dining set, and sectional couch offer both comfort and versatility. Sofa bed and king bed are in the same room. The space is adorned with tropical paintings, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy the efficient kitchen, featuring an electric range oven, a microwave, a large cast iron sink and all utensils you need to prepare a good meal. Dine indoors or at the patio. Relax in the garden, discovering various plant species.

NOTE: the sofa bed is only recommended for short term stays or visitors, as it is in the same room as the king bed. For long term stays the space is perfect for one person or a couple.
