Relax and unwind in this spacious and peaceful two-bedroom Elsternwick apartment, a beautiful and colourful alternative to the myriad of bland modern apartments in the area. Featuring two queen beds, air conditioning and free off-street parking, it's set back from hectic Melbourne city centre but also a short walk from the train station which gets you there in just 26 minutes. Professionally-managed by Holiday Rentals Australia, you can be assured your stay is in safe hands.

Set in a quiet, older-style development, this lovely, spacious, bright apartment is a refreshing change from the many dull modern apartments in the surrounding suburbs. Its colourful interior adds a stylish but homely touch to your prospective stay. This first-floor apartment has beautiful green views over the development's gardens and the living space is not closely overlooked by other properties.

Set up with two queen beds for up to four guests; you'll find air conditioning in the living room with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and a portable fan available in the second bedroom if needed on a hot day. Heating via the air conditioning system and portable heaters is also available for the colder months. Parking for one car on-site is free of charge in an allocated outdoor parking space and local street parking is available if you need extra parking.

The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook at home and there is also a nice dining area besides the kitchen. The apartment also has a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Please note if your stay is to include the nights of Christmas or New Year's Eve a 3 night minimum stay is required.
