Comfortable house in a quite neighborhood

The place worked out perfect for our trip to Melbourne. It was quiet and comfortable. We loved the pool on the hot days in FL.

Great location and very comfortable visit

The house is located on a very quiet suburban street with close proximity to everything - we never drove more that 10 mins whether to go to a store or restaurant. The house was also very comfortable with decent size bedrooms and well equipped from towels to the kitchen. We enjoyed hanging out on the huge couch watching movies on the massive TV (with access already programed and available) on the raining days we had. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked really nice and I bet would be fun on a warm day. Also, great and quick communication with the host. We will definitely return for another visit.

We had to unexpectedly go to Florida for a family funeral. We wanted to all stay together and it’s so hard to do in a hotel. I found this house and it worked perfect! It was so clean. The beds were comfortable. Soft blankets everywhere. Comfy couch and nice tv! I highly recommend this property!!

Great Stay

Found this place when last minute business travel had hotel stays at obnoxious prices. Not only was the price per night cheaper than 2 separate hotel rooms for my colleague and I, the place was a dream to stay in as opposed to the same tired old hotel rooms. Pool was great, pool table was great, beds slept well, and the comfort of the place felt like home. Already told friends back home we should rent again if we come back to Melbourne area. Thanks Hung, this was a great stay!

Nice stay in Melbourne

We enjoyed our week in Melbourne and found that the house met all our needs. Hung was great to communicate with. We had a few minor imperfections such as the pool needing a new paint job and the floors needing to be cleaned more thoroughly, but nothing that impacted our stay significantly. Beds were very comfortable! Overall, great house with even better hosts. Thank you, Hung and Tam!
