Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Nice House

Generous 2-bedroom space with large closets. Close to a park and water, good for walking your dog and viewing the lagoon. Shaded rear deck and sunny patio.

Super cute little place! We are in love with this little yellow beachy bungalow. Inside is also so cute. Very colorful funky decor and comfy. 100% will stay again if we find ourselves in Melbourne. This house was cute and we loved the nearness of the river where we could go for walks! I loved the selection of books & games. The house is a little musty and could be cleaned more thoroughly though. If those two things were taken care of, I think this could be a 5 star rental!

Vraiment déçus… pour un long séjour!

Depuis 3 ans que nous louons avec VRBO pour Melbourne, Florida. Nous changeons de domicile chaque année en prenant ce qui est disponible pour les dates voulues. C’est la première fois que nous soyons déçus de notre choix. Cette année, nous y sommes restés pour 2 mois de Janvier à Mars 2025. À l’arrivée, la maison n’était pas propre. Le seul confort de cette demeure, les lits. Toutes les assises sont inconfortables, chaises de salle à manger défoncées. Les électros de cuisine sont désuets, particulièrement la cuisinière dont le four est rouillé et encrassé. Nous avons dû réparer la table de cuisine car le dessus ne tenait plus sur son assise. De même que le dessus de la table extérieure. Plusieurs éléments de décoration s’avèrent inutiles et pas vraiment jolis. L’environnement serait agréable si ce n’était de tous les bruits; trains à environ 1000 pieds, la route 1A dont le traffic est très bruyant, les avions qui circulent régulièrement. Et le système de chauffage/climatisation ne répond pas adéquatement aux fluctuations de température. D’ailleurs, ce système est très bruyant lui aussi. Notre bonne note s’adresse à Pedro le manager et Claire son assistante. Ils ont essayé de rendre ce séjour plus agréable. Mais leurs efforts ne pouvaient tout régler. Dommage car cette vieille demeure pourrait avoir beaucoup de charme si l’ameublement était plus confortable et fonctionnel. Mais pour le bruit, malheureusement, personne ne pourra y remédier.
