Excellent stay! The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and incredibly convenient. Having a full kitchen and laundry made everything so easy, and Westfield Knox directly across the road meant shops, supermarkets and everything I needed were close by. A fantastic location and a great home away from home. I’d happily stay again!

Overall the facilities and accommodation were excellent. Communication with reception was not. Took a while to be let in and instructions for parking etc was quite vague.After booking in we discovered we weren't given the internet voucher and only had 2 towels for 3 of us. When I rang them I was told they ran out of towels for that day and would give us one tomorrow. This never happened so we had to buy one. Internet was fixed within 20 minutes. Although this happened I would recommend this place as it was comfortable and had everything you needed. It was close to shops and the indoor pool was great. The price was very reasonable for the inclusions. I would stay there again!!

Kitchen & apartment had all the necessary appliances. Was spacious enough for a single traveller. Gym was decent, pool looked good but didnt get the opportunity to use. Good to be directly across from the shopping centre and food options.

The layout of the apartment was well done, but there were a few issues. The windows were very dirty (I ended up washing them). The fan in a bathroom continued to run even after the light was turned off making it hard to sleep. Loose power points, loose lamp shades. Location was good, and the pool was lovely.

Staff were very nice but unfortunately The cleanliness of the room was not so great. Our kitchen had solidified grease all over the stove top and splash back from previous guests. Dishes in the dish washer were left in there and still had food all over them. The drawers in the bathroom ensuite had hair throughout. Our balcony view was the building next door. Other than this the location was good being across from Westfield and staff were very nice.
