  • Brand new for the end of 2026, be among the first to stay! Nestled in the picturesque Wiltshire village of Seend, The Hay Barn combines contemporary comfort with rural charm, making it an ideal choice for couples, families and friends.



    Guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan living space, featuring a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, providing everything needed for a relaxing self-catering stay.



    The barn sleeps four across two bedrooms, with one super king-size room and one twin room. The twin beds can be arranged as a king-size bed on request, offering flexible accommodation for families, couples or friends.



    The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Fresh towels are provided, although hot tub towels are not included.



    Outside, enjoy your own private terrace to the rear of the barn, with outdoor seating and a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Wiltshire.



    Located just a two-minute walk from the Kennet & Avon Canal, The Hay Barn is well placed for visiting Devizes, Caen Hill Locks, Lacock Abbey, Avebury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari Park and the historic city of Bath. With countryside walks, traditional pubs and local attractions nearby, it's an excellent base for exploring the best of Wiltshire.
