We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking the ocean. I would recommend this property every time. We took the self catering option, which was wonderful.

This property is nothing but beautiful and in a peaceful location, though I would day some of the services in the pool bar area was not upto the standards one would expect as a 5 start resort. Furthermore, vegetarian options were very limited for lunch and dinners. Breakfast, however was excellent! Shoutout to Isabella on the reception desk, she was excellent!! Made my check- in process so smooth. Loved the hotel beach, quite spot to relax and kayaks were available too to venture out on some water sport activity.

Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant. Even when we had issues with the light in the room, it was promptly dealt with. Ok, food options were slightly limited but we had 5 different restaurant options which meant we were not bored. The location is fab and met our needs. Cleaning was on point and staff were very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again. 😊

Fantastic holiday at the Alfagar alto da colina. Staff where all very helpful. Especially lovely lady on reception, borrowing us a tiny screwdriver to allow us to get a very unhappy 5 year olds new toy batteries 😊. Aria thanks you. Bar staff were lovely. Very friendly and attentive. The apartments are big and spacious, even the one bedroom we were in. Self catering option, with everything needed to cook basic meals. My only grumble was no freezer, and the tiny ice box in the fridge didnt freeze as no door, so kids couldn't have ice lollies on tap. We did a big shop at the local lidl 6 euro in an uber each way. We had a street view and the most beautiful seaview also. Could see the neighbouring coast line and beach. Very quiet area. A local shop with lovely pastry counter and coffee shop. Also mini Market at sister hotel. Both a short walk away. The kids pool and slides were brilliant. Kept kids happy for many hrs. Plenty of loungers also. Had a lovely stay at the hotel and would recommend it to families and couples wanting a peaceful stay.
