  • The 'Kaltern' holiday apartments, measuring 65 m², were built in 2021 and consist of:



    - A separate double bedroom,

    - A spacious living area with a pull-out double sofa bed and an additional sofa (side sleeper for 1 person),

    - A large bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and soap dispenser,

    - A well-equipped kitchenette with fridge and integrated freezer, four induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, dishes including all cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave as well as coffee and espresso machine,

    - A large terrace with private garden and wonderful south-facing views over South Tyrol (equipped with sun loungers, parasol and dining table).



    The apartment is furnished with new furniture and offers two flat-screen TVs (satellite TV) as well as free internet access (Wi-Fi). Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided and included in the price. On 65 m², between 2 and 5 people can stay comfortably.

    - Pet allowed payment 10,00 € per pet per night

    - Breakfast payment 18,00 € per person per night

Eine Ferienwohnung mit Komplettausstattung

Pros: Sehr nette und immer hilfsbereite Vermieter. Selbst Sonderthemen "wir benötigen einen Schuster und eine Fahrradreparaturwerkstatt" wurden toll umgesetzt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Flur vor der Wohnung für "vergessene" Dinge (Öl, Nudeln, Bier, Wasser, etc.) war sehr praktisch. Gute Tippgeber für Ausflüge. Cons: Nichts
